Paris Accord and American Exit
The exit of United
States from Paris accord is pre estimated incident from the presidential race
of Donald Trump. But the result of this unmindful decision will create tragic
consequence in a new initiative of 21st century. By dropping the
accord, US will be one of those who
US were one of 195
nations which signed in Paris Climate agreement in December 2015. But Tump had
promised to the American people to change the decisions that were taken in
Obama Era. In fact it was a death knell to the Paris accord which is a great
global initiative to combat with increased level of CO2 emissions.
In his speech
Donald Trump decried Paris accord as “draconian”. In his concept it “would
undermine our economy, hamstring our workers, weaken our sovereignty, impose
unacceptable legal risks and put us at a permanent disadvantage to the other
countries of the world.
